Conditions for the Retrieval of Real Time Quotation Information
In the context of this website, the user shall obtain the possibility to retrieve, in real time, quotation information regarding all investment shares traded on the Hamburg stock exchange. A real-time quotation is a share price for which less than 15 minutes has elapsed between the time it was determined and the time it was published.
Real-time quote information may only be retrieved via the website by private investors and exclusively for private purposes. A private investor within the meaning of the present Terms of Use shall be construed to be someone who fulfils all the following conditions:
a. the end user is a natural person;
b. The end user is not a lending institution, financial services provider or financing company within the meaning of §1 of the Banking Act;
